Service description.Scope.
VPNDream provides international network connections and subscription configurations for cross-border access and access to international websites. The service covers 90+ countries / 230+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Refer to the user panel and client display for available routes and configurations.
The subscription provides network connectivity only. It does not include accounts, membership benefits, or content licenses for third-party websites. Third parties set their own access policies, regional rules, and account review processes. A successful network connection does not grant eligibility to use their services.
Account use.Subscription ownership.
No email address is required to create an account; a username and password are sufficient. Keep your login details and subscription link secure. Do not disclose them on public pages, in groups, or in shared files. A subscription link acts as an access credential. If it is exposed or used unusually, take action through the user panel and submit a support ticket.
There is no limit on the number of devices that can be online at the same time, but this does not authorize resale. Accounts and subscriptions are for the account holder’s personal use only. Do not lend, rent, resell, or share them with others, or divide traffic to provide paid connections to third parties. You are responsible for use on devices authorized under your account.
Billing rules.Refund arrangements.
Monthly subscriptions are ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB, and ¥28/month for 500GB. Traffic resets monthly on the activation date; when you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated for the remaining days. Traffic packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB, and ¥658/3000GB. They remain valid until used and do not expire. Payment methods are Alipay / WeChat / USDT.
You may request a full refund for any reason within 60 days of your first payment. To apply, sign in to the user panel, explain your refund request through a support ticket, and provide the relevant order information. You do not need to cite connection issues as the reason. Do not submit your account password or subscription credentials in a ticket.
Refund reviews are based on account orders and payment records. The time it takes for funds to arrive depends on the payment provider’s processing; these terms do not promise an unconfirmed arrival time. Once a refund is completed, the service benefits associated with that order end. Other consumer rights under applicable law remain unaffected.
Acceptable use.User responsibilities.
You must comply with the laws and regulations that apply where you are located and where you use the service, as well as the rules of the platforms you access. Do not use the service for unlawful purposes, including cyberattacks, fraud, distributing unlawful content, infringing another person’s privacy or intellectual property, or accessing another person’s systems without authorization.
Do not use automated requests, malicious scanning, or other abusive behavior that harms routes, infrastructure, or other users’ normal use. An unlimited device count does not permit unlimited use of network resources or exempt you from compliance obligations. If a relevant risk is identified, VPNDream may investigate and take necessary measures.
Service availability.Restrictions and termination.
Network performance depends on your local network, device configuration, international links, and the status of the destination service. Maintenance, route changes, third-party failures, or events beyond reasonable control may interrupt connections. VPNDream does not guarantee fixed speeds, continuous availability, or uninterrupted access to any particular third-party service.
For account resale, credential distribution, unlawful use, or conduct that harms the service, measures may be taken according to the impact, including restricting connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. You may explain the circumstances and request a review through a support ticket. These measures do not automatically waive any refund obligations or other liabilities required by law.
You are responsible for keeping copies of important materials and should not rely on this service as the sole connection safeguard for critical operations. Disclaimers apply only to the extent permitted by applicable law and do not exclude or limit liabilities that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes to these terms.Questions and feedback.
Revised terms will be published on this page, and the date at the top will be updated. Important changes involving prices, service benefits, or refund arrangements will be announced on the site or through the user panel. Changes will not retroactively reduce benefits under existing orders, except where required by law.
