Privacy Policy

Last updated: October 2026

This policy applies to the VPNDream marketing website, user panel and subscription services. It explains what data is needed to provide the services, why it is used and how it is handled. Third-party payment pages are governed by their own privacy policies; this policy does not replace them.

Account and Order Information

An account can be created with a username and password; no email address is required. An email address is not a required registration field, and this service does not collect one for account creation. Account details are used to verify identity, maintain subscription benefits and handle account requests. Do not include your password in a support ticket.

Order records include the selected plan, amount, payment status, transaction reference information and refund outcome. They are used to deliver subscriptions, reconcile payments and resolve disputes. Traffic usage is linked to plan benefits for billing and to display remaining traffic. Text and attachments submitted in a support ticket are used only to address the related issue. Do not include a full subscription link or sensitive information from payment credentials.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Handling

VPNDream follows a no-logs policy: it does not record which websites users access through this service, store browsing history or request contents, or retain destination address records that could be used to reconstruct browsing activity. Plan usage is an aggregate traffic total and does not include a list of websites visited.

While connections are established and data is forwarded, temporary connection state is handled only as needed to operate the service. After a connection ends, user connection logs are not persistently stored, and no connection history is created to trace individual browsing activity. Troubleshooting relies on service status, aggregated information and diagnostic details users choose to provide; ongoing browsing activity is not recorded as a troubleshooting method.

Website Analytics and Browser Storage

Website analytics help understand page visits, referral sources, device and browser types, and page interactions. This helps identify broken links and improve workflows. Website analytics are handled separately from browsing activity on subscription routes. They do not collect the contents of websites accessed through those routes or use passwords, subscription credentials or support ticket text as analytics fields.

Cookies and local storage are used for essential state, such as maintaining sessions and saving login credentials and language preferences. You can restrict cookies or clear site data in your browser settings; doing so may require you to log in again. On shared devices, log out and clear site data to prevent subsequent users from accessing the panel.

Third-Party Payments and Data Sharing

Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. The relevant third party processes each payment. This service receives the transaction result and associated information needed to verify the order; users are not asked to provide payment account passwords to VPNDream. Review the payment provider's data handling rules before using its payment method.

This service does not sell account information. Information is shared only to the extent needed to provide payment services, handle user requests or meet applicable legal obligations. Requests for data made under applicable law are reviewed for their basis and scope; receiving a request does not lead to the creation of browsing or connection logs that this policy says are not retained.

Data Retention and Deletion Requests

Account and subscription information is retained for as long as needed to provide the services. Order and refund records are retained for payment reconciliation, dispute resolution and as required by applicable law. Support tickets and website analytics are retained only until their respective support or analysis purposes are complete. When a purpose ends and there is no necessary basis for retention, the relevant information is deleted or de-identified.

Users can log in to the panel and use the support ticket portal to request access to, correction of or deletion of account information. Account ownership must be verified before processing, and any impact of deletion on subscription access will be explained. Transaction records that must be retained by law are not erased immediately when an account is deleted. Information in backups is cleared through the backup rotation process, and its use is restricted while it is retained.

Policy Updates and Contact Channel

Policy changes are published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top is revised. Material changes to data collection, purposes of use or user rights will be announced through the website or user panel. Where applicable rules require separate consent, it will be obtained before the relevant processing begins.

Submit privacy questions and data requests through a support ticket after logging in. For service use and refund conditions, see the Terms of Service. Provide only the information needed to identify the account and explain the request. Do not submit passwords or complete subscription credentials.
